A/R Collections System
Improve the productivity of your debt collection department. Track all overdue accounts and store information about each of these accounts. Log and set dates & times when to call overdue accounts and much more.



Calculated Unit Price
In Order Entry, a form pops up on the Unit Price Got Focus Event for an item that is a door. Based on the dimension, mesh type and color, a Unit Price is calculated.



User Data Stored With an Order
In Order Entry, a push button called 'Details' is added. When this button is pushed, a form pops up to display an assortment of data that is stored to a user table and is linked to the order number.



Crystal Reports - Executive Summary
Executive Summary includes 5 main reports. Range criteria can be for a certain report or for all reports.




Update Location Fields From A Source Location
In Add/Delete Item Locations, a form is built to be able to update other fields from a Source Location to the locations that are being added.




Store And Print PDF Files That Belong To Each Item
In the Item Master / Maintenance screen, two fields are added called 'Schematic' and 'Layout'. A PDF file is stored with each item and can be viewed or printed immediately or at a later time in other screens.
